In her expanded role, Jen will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth across EOH and its subsidiaries—Hydraquip, Inc., Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc., and Gulf Controls Company, Inc. (GCC).
Jen first joined EOH in 2013 as Director of Marketing, where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the organization. In 2019, her responsibilities grew to include recruiting and talent development, further strengthening the company’s workforce and leadership pipeline. Jen earned her MBA from Mount Mary University, achieved her IFPS Fluid Power Specialist Certification in 2014, and became a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources in 2020—credentials that have further enriched her expertise and leadership. As COO, Jen will take on broader oversight, ensuring alignment between departments and EOH’s long-term business objectives.
